TRYING TO SOLVE PROBLEMS RELATED TO RURAL MOBILITY CAN BE HARD

Trying to solve problems related to rural mobility can be hard: there are many factors to take into account, from geography to laws.

Even the definition of “rural” is something we had to discuss.

We’re building an e-learning platform to train new mobility agents in rural areas, and one of the best ways to learn is to study past projects.

By studying them we can learn what was their idea, and the context where it was applied. We can understand what went in a good way, and we can learn from their mistakes.

Even more important, we can learn if their idea can be replicated in a different place, and which implementations can be made.

All of this speeds up the process of finding a solution (or more solutions) to the rural mobility issues.

That’s why we are building a collection of best practises in our platform, and published some of those in our “Rural Mobility Handbook”.

Communication is important in European Projects, in this way projects can live for more than their planned duration, that’s why we have a website, social media accounts and newsletters.

To reach more people and to let them learn from us.
