MOBIRURAL VALIDATION WORKSHOP: MILESTONE ACHIVED!! Mobirural project will produce two main results: The development of a Rural Mobility Agent course, a newly created figure in the
MobiRural network and EU curriculum coming 2024
In 2024, the MobiRural project will focus in particular on promoting a Europe-wide network for Rural Mobility Agents (RMA) and creating an EU curriculum for those agents. The aim is to meet with network partners at regular intervals (1-2 times a year) to discuss a joint approach to improving rural mobility.
The network will provide space for the exchange of ideas, questions about challenges in current projects, as well as funding opportunities for future measures. Together with the curriculum, which is currently being finalized, experts from science, politics and mobility companies will be brought together with local mobility agents who have specific knowledge and experience in rural areas.
In this way, practical examples can be disseminated and rural mobility can also be promoted transnationally. Information on the publication of the curriculum and the network will be announced via the known social media channels.
